By using Cognetiva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Cognetiva provides psychological self-assessment tools based on scientifically validated data and frameworks for educational and personal development purposes. We do not provide clinical psychiatric services.

3. Not a Clinical Report / Not Medical Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Cognetiva is NOT a medical or clinical diagnostic tool.

Our assessments are designed for self-reflection and personal insight. While we use scientific data to build our scoring models, the results provided are NOT clinical reports and do NOT constitute a medical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or clinical treatment plan. Our system is not designed to identify, treat, or cure any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require a clinical diagnosis, you MUST consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it. Cognetiva is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Premium reports are one-time purchases. Standard assessments generate results instantly and are considered consumed upon purchase.
  • 30-Day Limited Guarantee: A refund may be available for the 'Personal Year Plan' only if the plan has not been created and results have not been accessed.
  • No refunds are provided for individual reports (Stress, IQ, EQ, etc.) or trial periods due to the immediate costs of individualized report generation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and report structures, is the exclusive property of Cognetiva. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cognetiva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COGNETIVA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
