30-Day Guarantee (Limited)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only under the following conditions:
- Unaccessed Products: For products like the 'Personal Year Plan', a refund may be granted if the plan has not yet been created or if the results have not been opened/viewed by the user.
- Cancellation Before Creation: Since the Personal Year Plan requires individual compilation, you may cancel the purchase if work on your personal plan has not started.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for the following products/services:
- Individual Reports: Assessments like the Stress Profile, IQ Test, Personality Test, etc., generate results immediately upon purchase. Since the system creates a unique, individually tailored report instantly (incurring immediate licensing and processing costs), the service is considered consumed at the time of purchase.
- Offers and Trials: No refunds are granted for promotional offers, trial periods, or Pro memberships once the report has been generated.
Scientific Basis – Not Clinical Diagnosis
Our results are based on scientifically proven data and frameworks. However, we are clear that Cognetiva does not deliver clinical reports or medical diagnoses. Dissatisfaction based on an expectation of a medical diagnosis does not constitute grounds for a refund.
